In a dark cloud, a silver lining has emerged as things are
starting to look up for Dean. Despite his own personal trials and
tribulations, Dean's spirit is starting to raise as construction of
his new adaptive home is scheduled to begin as early as spring.
We are still greatly under staffed and funds are very limited. We
are still asking any able contractors, painters, electricians,
plumbers, excavators and general laborers to volunteer  by
